  1. What materials are your rugs made from?

Our rugs are made from polyester fiber, ensuring durability, shrink resistance and color retention of the rug.

  1. How do I care for and clean my rug?

 For regular maintenance, we recommend using a soft brush to brush off dirt and debride the rug. For spills, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, we suggest using warm water and detergent to penetrate the rug, then using a soft bush to gently brush the rug surface. DO NOT use vacuum to clean the rug because high speed brush spinning can damage polyester fiber and cause fuzzy texture on rug surface.   1. Do your rugs come in different sizes?

No, our rug comes in one size, 29’ x 20’. For the future product line, besides basketball jerseys, there will be different rug sizes according to the specific sport.

  1. How long will it take to receive my rug?

Our rugs are typically shipped within 2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders within North America will arrive within 10 business days.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location. Please check our shipping page for more details.

  1. Can I customize a rug design or size?

At this time, we offer pre-designed rugs inspired by iconic jerseys, but we are working on custom options in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

  1. What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final, but if any defects are found, we will gladly offer an exchange within 10 days of receiving the rug.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery of your rug.

Our rugs are durable and easy to clean, making them a great option for homes with pets. However, we recommend keeping your pet's claws trimmed to prevent snags.
